"My Chrysler 300S got a nasty door ding that broke every layer down to the metal and on a terrible spot on the door. After they were done it looks better than when I bought it. They were great with my insurance company and I got a cool mug out of it. Customer service with JR is 10/10. Hopefully I don’t have to take my car to a body shop again but if I do this is the only place I’ll go!"

"My 2011 Chevrolet Silverado had fire damage to it, I called up and talked to josh. He told me to come up and he'll take a look and get an estimate going. Was super awesome to deal with. Said they were backed up 3 to 4 weeks. Which was fine with me because I want to my truck done right. They called me up just about 7 to 8 days after I took it in and told me it was done. I went to pick it up and josh showed me what was done. When I first saw it I knew I loved it. Was super clean. Not a blemish in the paint anywhere. FANTASTIC JOB! If I ever have any other autos that need body work, I'm going right back to Brian's Collision! Thanks guys!!"

"I highly recommend Brian’s Collision Clinic for any work you need done on your vehicle. I’ve had my vehicle serviced here several times and it’s by far the best customer service I’ve had from start to finish! The staff is super friendly, patient, honest, and keep you posted throughout the entire process. I live about 50 miles away and could go to several other shops, but the service they provide is worth the drive. Give them a try, you won’t be disappointed!"

"Brian's Collision Clinic is the finest collision shop I have ever used. They looked at my truck for an estimate and described to me how they would fix it, not just telling me the cost to fix it. JR looked over my 2003 F350 crew cab dually and then brought out the owner Brain for his opinion as well. They were in communication with me during the whole process. They were honest in telling me that it would cost less to get a new hood then to fix mine, also I was needing to replace the supports under my bed and I had brought my own supports, once the bed was removed they called me and sent pictures to tell me that the bed was too bad to weld the new supports to. JR went out and found me a bed from Texas that a company here in Iowa had and asked me if that would be ok to use. It worked out great and I appreciate them asking me instead of just replacing my bed without me knowing it. the shop rate was less than I expected and if any of their work is ever faulty I can take it back and they will fix it for free for the life of my truck. They did great work and my truck looks like new. I have had many compliments on it since Brian's Collision has worked on it and I would recommend anyone to use there service."

"Always a good experience at Brian's Collision. I've had several repairs in the last few years and my vehicles have been returned and always looked "good as new" plus the vehicles were returned much cleaner than when I dropped them off. My last repair job was done 2 days before I expected."

"My vehicle was damaged in the storms on 7/10/2020. I had a lot of repairs to be done on my Mazda. My appointment was not until after Thanksgiving, but it was so worth the wait. I was walked through all the damage when we did the estimate and then I was walked through when it was finished. It was amazing! It looked brand new! The whole team at Brian's is top notch in my book and I would recommend them to anyone."
